    Белколад темный Нуар Селексьон 20 г
    Какао-Порошок Белколад 20 г

    Белколад темный Нуар Селексьон 10 г

    Технологический процесс

    Шаг за шагом

    Приготовление полуфабриката

    Во взбивальную машину вносят Теграл Бисквит, какао-порошок, яйцо, воду, перемешивают и на большой скорости взбивают массу в течение 8 мин. По окончании взбивания перемешивают 2 мин на медленной скорости. Тесто разливают в формы высотой не более чем на ½ высоты бортов и выпекают при температуре 180-190ºС в течение 25-30 мин.

    Приготовление крема

    Нагреть сливки (но не кипятить !!!), добавить Мируар Нейтральный и Белколад Нуар Селексьон. Перемешать до полного растворения таблеток шоколада. Охладить.

    Приготовление велюра

    Поверхность торта покрыть шоколадным покрытием «велюр» через специальный кондитерский пистолет (наносить только на замороженную поверхность) .

    Сборка торта

    Бисквитные коржи прямоугольной (квадратной) формы промазать кремом толщиной 1 см. Покрыть поверхность шоколадным «велюром» и шоколадным декором.
