    Мука пшеничная 150 г
    Сахар 240 г
    Яйцо куриное 200 г
    Вода 30 г
    Кремфил Мед 50 г
    Растительное масло 180 г
    Крем (550 г)
    Шантипак 300 г
    Вода (кипяченная) 140 г
    Кремико 52 г
    Топфил ананас 60% 220 г
    Кремфил Мед 30 г
    Медовый гель (60 г)
    Армони нейтральный 100 г
    Вода 30 г
    Кремфил Мед 25 г

    Технологический процесс

    Шаг за шагом

    Приготовление бисквита

    Приготовить бисквит: Взбить все ингредиенты на высокой скорости в течении 10 минут. Выпекать при 190 -200°С в течении 6-8 минут.

    Приготовление шоколадно-медового бисквита

    В миксер внести сначала все жидкие ингредиенты, затем сухие и месить лопаткой на медленной скорости 6-8 минут до получения однородного теста. Выпекать при температуре 180°C 10-15 минут в зависимости от массы заготовки и конструкции печи.

    Приготовление крема

    Кремико и охлажденную кипяченую воду взбить в миксере и перемешать с предварительно охлаждёнными ,слегка взбитыми сливками Шантипак, с Топфил Ананас и Кремфил Мед.

    Приготовление медового геля

    Довести до кипения воду, Кремфил Мед и Армони нейтральный. Заливать поверхность торта, остудив медовый гель до 60˚С.

    Сборка торта

    Три слоя бисквита прослаиваем кремом. Поверхность торта заливаем медовым гелем и украшаем шоколадом.
