    Яйцо 200 г
    Масло растительное 150 г
    Вода 30 г
    Кремфил Кокос 200 г
    Начинка
    Кремфил Ультим с темным шоколадом 200 г
    Кокосовая стружка 20 г

    Технологический процесс

    Шаг за шагом

    Приготовление полуфабриката

    Смешать в миксере все ингредиенты лопаткой на средней скорости в течение 5-6 мин до получения однородного теста.
    Готовое тесто разлить в рамку высотой 3 см, ниже середины рамки. Высота готового выпеченного полуфабриката 1,5 см. Выпекать при t 150°C-160°С 30-40 мин.

    Приготовление начинки

    Перемешать до однородной консистенции. Отсадить через кондитерский мешок с плоской насадкой на готовый полуфабрикат.

    Сборка

    На один выпечной полуфабрикат высотой 1,5 см и длинной 3 см отсадить через кондитерский мешок с плоской насадкой Кремфил Ультим темный шоколад. Карат Каверлюкс Милк растопить до t 35-40°C и облить/окунуть каждую заготовку в глазурь. Сверху посыпать кокосовой стружкой.
