Технологический процесс
Шаг за шагом
Приготовление полуфабриката
- Маргарин (82 % жир), яйцо, Изи Патакрут взбить на высокой скорости 2-3 минуты до получения пышной белой массы.
- Добавить муку и перемешать на средней скорости 1-3 минуты до получения однородного теста.
- Сформовать пласт.
- Выпекать при температуре 180-190⁰С в течение 15-30 минут.
Приготовление краста
- Измельчить выпеченный песочный полуфабрикат.
- Сливочное масло растопить.
- Перемешать крошку песочного полуфабриката с растопленным сливочным маслом.
- Выложить полученную массу в предварительно смазанное кольцо для чизкейка.
Приготовление начинки
Перемешать начинку Дели Чизкейк до получения однородной консистенции.
Декор
- Заварку Балтия Дарк смешать с Дели Чизкейк.
- Нанести на Дели Чизкейк.
Сборка изделия
- В смазанное кольцо выложить массу «Краст».
- На «Краст» выложить начинку Дели Чизкейк.
- Выровнять поверхность.
- Нанести декор.
- Выпекать 50-80 мин при температуре 140-160⁰С.
- Остудить при комнатной температуре.
- Удалить из формы.
- Поместить в холодильник (2-7°C) для стабилизации структуры.
- Упаковать, заморозить.
