    Теграл Альмандо 400 г
    Яйцо куриное 400 г
    Вода 80 г
    Кремико (сухой) 50 г
    Полигель 4 г
    Крем «Миндальный»
    Шантипак 200 г
    Кремико (готовый) 100 г
    Кремфил со вкусом миндаля 60 г
    Крем «Кремико»
    Сухая смесь Кремико 300 г
    Вода 1000 г

    Технологический процесс

    Шаг за шагом

    Приготовление бисквитного полуфабриката

    Смешать все ингредиенты в миксере на средней скорости в течение 6 минут. Нанести полученную массу через рамку толщиной 5 мм на лист для выпечки. Выпекать при температуре 230°С в течение 5 минут с пароувлажнением.

    Приготовление миндального крема

    Предварительно охлажденные сливки Шантипак взбить, готовый крем «Кремико» перемешать с начинкой Кремфил со вкусом миндаля и соединить с взбитыми сливками.

    Приготовление крема Кремико

    Сухую смесь Кремико перемешать с водой в миксере венчиком на средней скорости в течение 4-5 минут до получения однородной консистенции.

    Сборка изделия

    На бисквит нанести тонкий слой «Миндального» крема и закрутить в рулет (диаметром 40 мм). Рулет заморозить. На поверхность рулета кистью нанести начинку Кремфил со вкусом миндаля и прокатать в желаемой декоративной обсыпке. Порезать порционно в виде японских роллов.
