    Масло растительное 600 г
    Яйцо куриное 450 г
    Желток 150 г
    Инвертный сироп 150 г
    Цедра лимона 25 г
    Цедра апельсина 25 г
    Изюм (цукаты) 400 г
    Тесто Криспи
    Изи Криспи Кейк 50 г
    Мука пшеничная в/с 200 г
    Сахар-песок 100 г
    Маргарин 82,5% 100 г
    Вода 50 г

    Технологический процесс

    Шаг за шагом

    Приготовление полуфабриката

    Растопить глазурь Карат с маргарином в микроволновой печи до температуры 40-45°С. Смешать остальные ингредиенты в миксере лопаткой на средней скорости, кроме цукатов и цедры, 4-5 минут. Добавить растопленную смесь с Каратом, перемешать 1 минуту. В конце замеса добавить изюм, цукаты. Выложить в рамку 40х60 мм. Выпекать 20-30 минут при температуре 160-170 градусов. Охладить.

    Приготовление теста

    В дежу миксера загружают жидкие компоненты, затем сухие и перемешивают лопаткой на средней скорости в течение 8-10 минут.

    Сборка и оформление

    Массу Брауни выложить в рамку для выпечки, сверху выложить предварительна раскатанное тесто криспи. Выпекать 30-40 минут при температуре 160-170 градусов. Охладить. Порезать на порции.
