Технологический процесс
Шаг за шагом
Приготовление малиновых слоев
- Желатин предварительно замочить в холодной воде.
- Смешать молоко, Кьюзипак Шеф, Классик малина.
- Прогреть на плите.
- Затем, в горячую молочную смесь добавить замоченный желатин и перемешать.
- При необходимости-процедить, охладить и разлить по формам по 1 см от края.
- Дать застыть.
Приготовление шоколадных слоев
- Молоко смешать с Кьюзипак Шеф.
- Нагреть на плите.
- Залить в шоколад.
- Аккуратно перемешать массу до однородной консистенции.
Сборка изделия
Прослоить каждый вкус поочередно (каждому слою дать полностью застыть в шоковой заморозке, чтобы вкусы не смешались).
