    Дели Йогурт 150 г
    Шантипак 100 г
    Айс Глейз
    Армони Айс Глейз 1000 г
    Вода 300 г
    Какао-Порошок Белколад 2 г

    Технологический процесс

    Шаг за шагом

    Приготовление блинного полуфабриката

    Смешать сухое молоко с водой, влить в Теграл Сатин Крим Кейк и яйцо, взбить венчиком на средней скорости 2 мин., после тонкой струйкой влить растительное масло и взбивать 10 мин.

    Приготовление начинки

    Смешать сухую смесь Кремиголд и кипячёную воду до однородной консистенции.

    Приготовление крема

    В сбивальной машине взбивают предварительно охлаждённый Шантипак, предварительно приготовленный крем Кремиголд и Дели Йогурт до однородной консистенции.

    Приготовление Айс Глейз

    Нагреваем необходимое количество Армони Айс Глейз с водой, тщательно перемешивая, до температуры 70-90°С.

    Сборка торта

    Блинные полуфабрикаты прослаивают кремом «Йогурт». Верхний слой покрывают этим же кремом. Поверхность отделывают предварительно приготовленным Армони Айс Глейз и какао-порошком Белколад.
